The Swedish Oi! Band Perkele started playing rebellious punk in 1993 and have since become one of Europe’s biggest bands in the genre. It was not easy however. At first it was hard for the band to get their records out to people but they kept gigging and the word spread. Known for their English songs Heart Full of Pride and Working Class the band made their name in the punk and skinhead scene, singing songs about patriotism and anti-fascism.
