Unmasking the moderate Malay mind, and putting Malaysia first

The difference between an oyster and a moderate Malay is that it is easier to prise open an oyster than to open the Malay mind. If you converse with some Malays, be prepared to spend hours going around in circles. Try not to blame him, because he is the product of 50 years of brain-washing, the Biro Tata Negara (BTN) and our education system. Most of the time, your questions will be met with blank stares. Summon your inner reserves, when he replies with “They will not approve…” or “They will say…” When you remind him, that you are asking … Continue reading Unmasking the moderate Malay mind, and putting Malaysia first

What Would The World Look Like After Corona Virus, Economically, Politically And Socially ?

Paris is not so romantic anymore. Is it ? Manhattan sleeps very early now. Doesn’t it ? Giving hugs and kisses is considered a sign of ignorance now. Isnt it ? Sitting near your grandparents is looked upon as a risk towards them. Right ? Well I read this somewhere today or something similar to it and it imprinted in my mind forever. The world has run out of gas, it feels like, and even that on a deserted highway millions of miles away from a gas station. CoronaVirus has gripped our lives. We woke up in 2020 like we … Continue reading What Would The World Look Like After Corona Virus, Economically, Politically And Socially ?

Self Destruction! – Muhyiddin’s Backdoor Govt May Collapse Anytime & DAP Could Make A Return

Bersatu or Malaysian United Indigenous Party won only 13 out of 222 Parliamentary seats in the May 2018 General Election. Mahathir Mohamad, the founder of Bersatu (PPBM), was crowned as the 7th Prime Minister because Wan Azizah Wan Ismail allowed the 93-year-old man to become premier again. That’s because Wan Azizah was a trustworthy and an honest woman. Wan Azizah was offered the post of Prime Minister from the (previous) Agong (King) Sultan Muhammad V by virtue of her being the president of PKR, the biggest party of Pakatan Harapan coalition which won 50 Parliamentary seats. She turned down the offer because … Continue reading Self Destruction! – Muhyiddin’s Backdoor Govt May Collapse Anytime & DAP Could Make A Return

Stop chasing Mahathir & start planning for the future

News reports indicate that Amanah and DAP leaders still want Dr Mahathir Mohamad to lead Pakatan Harapan (PH) going forward in the hope that somehow he can help them regain power. It’s hard to understand why they are still holding out hope that Dr Mahathir will come riding in like a knight in shining armour to save the day. Hasn’t he done enough damage to PH already? Even now, he seems to want PKR without Anwar and PH without any commitment to their manifesto. It’s time for PH leaders to cut loose from Mahathir once and for all. He’s become … Continue reading Stop chasing Mahathir & start planning for the future
